We hold the Real Estate Trade Authorization Certificate issued by the Turkish Ministry of Commerce and the Alanya Chamber of Commerce. Our company is one of the few companies in Turkey with a Real Estate diploma from Eskişehir University.
Having lived in Denmark in 1996, I sold apartments to many Turkish citizens living in Denmark and later sold apartments as a side job to several German citizens in 2000. In 2003, when the law allowing Scandinavian citizens to acquire property in Turkey was enacted, I sold numerous properties to customers from Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands, and later Sweden and Finland.
