Property Viewing Procedure for European Citizens Interested in Buying Property in Turkey
The process of viewing properties in Turkey for European citizens is quite straightforward. Here are the general steps:
Purchase Trip
As Alanya Eiendom Real Estate, we invite our customers to Alanya to see our projects in person. During this trip, you will be able to see our projects and Alanya Eiendom more closely.
Booking Your Ticket: Purchase your ticket to Turkey or let us book it for you.
Contact Us: Call us, tell us about your ticket and the number of people, and send us your ticket.
Meet & Greet: We will meet you with an Alanya Eiendom sign.
Transfer: We will transfer you from Alanya Gazipaşa Airport in 30 minutes or from Antalya Airport in 1 hour and 30 minutes with our insured transfer vehicle.
Accommodation: Upon arrival in Alanya, you will stay in a house or hotel prepared for you.
Office Visit: The next morning, we invite you to our office accompanied by our staff at a time you decide, and we have breakfast together.
Project Tours: We show you the projects of your dreams with our staff.
Tax Number and Notary Procedures
Tax Number: We obtain a tax number from the Alanya tax office. For this, you need to bring a phone, water, or electricity bill showing your address from your home country.
Notary Procedures: We visit the notary. Through a sworn translator, you give a notary power of attorney to Alanya Eiendom Real Estate for the purchase of property and the acquisition of electricity and water subscriptions. We handle the title deed, electricity, and water subscriptions on your behalf and deliver them to you.
Furnishing
Furniture and Appliances: If you wish to buy furniture and white goods, we prepare your apartment until you return from your home country.
Return Transfer
Airport Transfer: Once all transactions are completed, we transfer you back to the airport.
Post-Sale Services
Home Service Membership: After the sale, you are not alone in Alanya; you become a member of the Alanya Eiendom Home Service. With your authorization, we take care of all your needs in Alanya and follow up on them. Alanya Eiendom is an online real estate company.
Property Selection
First, choose the apartment you want to buy in Turkey. At this stage, it is important to consider the price, location, and features of the apartment.
Contract
A sales contract is signed between the seller and the buyer. This contract includes details such as the sale price of the apartment and the method of payment, whether in cash or credit.
Notary
The sales contract must be notarized. Notarization ensures that the contract is official and protects the rights of the parties.
Costs
While performing all these transactions, Alanya Eiendom covers flight tickets and other expenses up to €500. If you buy the apartment, you do not pay any fees. If you do not buy an apartment from us, you pay €500 for all transactions.
Property Commission
Our customers do not pay a property acquisition commission to Alanya Eiendom Real Estate if they purchase the property from us.
Registration and Documentation
After the sale of the apartment, it is necessary to register the apartment in the Republic of Turkey's Open Address Information System and obtain the necessary documents.
